The worst!!!!!!!!! I mean the absolute worst rental ever, and I have had so many. Avoid this join as you might be discovering charges in your card a year after, not to mention waiting for the car pick up for 6 hours. They are a total joke!!!

Best of the worst. Worst location. Worst service. Worst cars. Their idea was to rent me a car after crashes that they fixed... by wiping some dust!
Used them 3 times. Cars sometimes are beaten up a little, but it is common for Israel - on other hand, the rental is cheap. Guys are friendly and I never had a problem communicating in English.
